Mashin develops its own APP IBC system which you can control BC-1000 by your smartphone and check all the charging data.The maximum of Bluetooth Connection is 10m, therefore, you can easily charge and test your battery at home.

BC-1000 INCLUDES SEVERAL FEATURES:

  1. CHARGING MODE:

    Normal Mode, Snow Mode, Boost Mode, LiFePO4 Mode, DC Power Supply, Advanced Mode and ISS Mode…etc.

  2. BATTERY SELECTION:

    Wet Battery, MF Battery, GEL Battery, EFB Battery and AGM Battery.

  3. DC POWER SUPPLY:

    Keeps car power when changing battery to prevent data losing or damages.

  4. PROTECTION:

    Short Circuit Protection, Over-temperature Protection, Spark-proof Protection, Over-charge Protection, Over-voltage Protection, Reverse Polarity Protection, Disconnecting Protection and Over-current Protection.

  5. BATTERY TESTING:

    Battery Test, Starter Motor Test and Alternator Test.

  6. 9 STAGES CHARGING:
    • Soft start:

      Tests if the battery can accept charge, charging will commence if battery is okay.
      * Boost Mode will charge by high voltage

    • Pulse:

      Pulsing current removes sulfate from the battery plates and restores battery efficiency and capacity.

    • Bulk Charge:

      Charging with maximum constant current until approximately 80％ of capacity.

    • Absorption:

      Charging with constant voltage and declining current to equalize and maximize up the battery capacity.

    • Aftercharge:

      Charging by equalizing the battery plates in order to increase the battery efficiency and extend service life.

    • Test:

      Tests if the battery can hold charge. If the battery voltage drops below 11.6V within 10 minutes, battery is faulty.

    • Float:

      Keep the battery voltage at maximum level by providing a constant voltage charge.

    • Maintenance:

      Battery maintenance mode active when the battery voltage is lower than 12.6V, the charger will begin maintenance charging automatically.

    • Cycle Recharge:

      A continuation of the Maintenance mode that monitors battery voltage and will gently pulse current and increase voltage. It will charge automatically every 15 days.
